Sintered Metal Filter Elements [SINT-FLO series]

When filtration has to survive extreme temperature, pressure or corrosion, FSP’s SINT-FLO sintered metal filter elements deliver. Manufactured from sintered stainless steel powder, metal fiber and woven wire mesh, SINT-FLO elements offer high mechanical strength, uniform pore distribution and outstanding dirt-holding capacity — in a fully welded construction with no adhesives or fillers, so there’s nothing to break down in service.

Because the porous metal media is robust and self-supporting, SINTT-FLO elements are cleanable and regenerable: they can be chemically cleaned or backwashed and returned to service, dramatically reducing replacement costs and downtime over the life of your process.
