- Certified systems: ISO 9001 quality management; CE and TÜV Rheinland certified; independently audited (Intertek / UKAS).
- Regulatory compliance: products manufactured with FDA-compliant, USP Class VI materials, meeting FDA 21 CFR ; food-contact compliance per EC 10/2011.
- 100% integrity tested: every critical filter is integrity-tested before release, with a certificate of quality and unique serial number for full traceability.
- Validation data: bacterial retention (ASTM F838, LRV > 7), endotoxin (<0.25 EU/ml, LAL), extractables/leachables, and TOC/conductivity to WFI requirements.
- Cleanroom manufacturing: products built under controlled cleanroom conditions, with an ISO Class 7 facility for cartridges, capsules and single-use systems on the way.
