The MEMFLO series covers the full spectrum of liquid and gas filtration — from coarse pre-filtration to sterilizing-grade final filtration — in a pleated cartridge format engineered for high flow, high throughput and long service life. Whatever your fluid, there’s a MEMFLO media and micron rating to match.

- Filter media: Polypropylene (PP), Polyethersulfone (PES), PTFE, Nylon and glass fibre
- Micron ratings: 0.05, 0.2, 0.45, 1, 3, 5, 10 and 15 µm
- Lengths: 1.5″, 2.5″, 5″, 10″, 20″, 30″ and 40″
- Diameter / area: 70 mm OD standard; ~0.62 m² effective area per 10″ cartridge
- End connections: 226, 222, DOE, IOR and other industry-standard fittings
- O-rings / gaskets: Silicone, EPDM, Viton® and FEP-encapsulated (FEP/PFA)
- Sterilization: autoclave, hot-water and in-line steam (SIP/CIP capable)
- Compliance: FDA 21 CFR Title 21, USP Class VI, ISO 10993; food-contact per EC 1935/2004; manufactured in an ISO-class cleanroom
- Testing: 100% integrity-tested — bubble point (BPT), water intrusion (WIT) and diffusion/forward-flow; endotoxin per USP <665>; bacterial retention validated to ASTM F838-20
